Haven’t really tried any of the recipes in this book. But they look scrumpdillyicious! All directions are clear and easy to follow.

This author clearly loves to cook. I only wish this book had been edited and proofread.
It does contain a TOC, which is great. What it does not contain, unfortunately, is punctuation! The paragraphs are lengthy, and none of them have a period at the end, so what you get is a whole bunch of run-on sentences.
Further, the author makes comments with nearly every ingredient, some of them quite long, so the ingredients become lost in the commentary. She also reiterates the same comments again and again; she would have served the reader better by including a hints/tips section.
Lots of canned/prepared items used in the recipes, but some do sound good. This just desperately needed to be proofread prior to publishing.

So many of the free cook books on Amazon are chock full of canned soup. . . poor cooking short cuts.
